Monoprice may very well be the best place that you have never shopped.
Sorry, I just wanted to get that out there. No I don’t work for them……no really.
I only mention this because I am working on a review of a 4 port HDMI switch with digital/analog audio out that I purchased from them. From what I can tell, the alternatives for a HDMI switch that outputs digital audio extracted from the incoming HDMI signal cost 2 to 4 times as much.
I find that they have the best prices on cables and adaptors. Along with the HDMI switch, I ordered 6 HDMI cables (3×1.5′ & 3×3′) and a HDMI/DVI adaptor. The cables came to $22.86 with shipping and these are high quality cables. In the past I have purchased DVI cables, component cable, toslink cables, speaker wire, banana plugs, you name it. Check them out if you need any of that kind of stuff. They also sell some networking and computer equipment, but I honestly haven’t tried anything like that from them.
