\"\"In case you haven’t heard, Goozex made an announcement yesterday regarding a necessary price increase in the use of the game\/movie trading service.<\/p>\n

Starting December 1st, trading tokens will increase to $1.99 from the original $1.00.<\/p>\n

Trading tokens are only required when you receive a game\/movie, so this change does not effect sending them out.<\/p>\n

The benefits of the increase, as quoted from the statement, are as follows…<\/p>\n

“The fee increase allows Goozex to keep expanding the service, meet your customer support demands, and improve the e-commerce experience for all members. Along with the fee increase we are going to deliver a better and improved user experience on Goozex.”<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>There is one exception, in that if you have a feedback rating of 500 or higher, your token price will remain at $1.00.<\/p>\n

Goozex is great for having sales and promotions on tokens as well as offering ways to win free tokens.\u00a0 Even after the increase I still believe that Goozex offers excellent value and I will continue to use the service.<\/p>\n

\nFor more than four years, Goozex has provided a flat-fee service to all members despite increasing costs to operate and manage the trading service.\u00a0\u00a0 Every business at some point needs to make difficult decisions. Ours is increasing the fees for using the service.
\nStarting December 1, 2010, the price of each token used to receive items will be $1.99. However, each trade will continue to cost one token per trade.
\nThe fee increase allows Goozex to keep expanding the service, meet your customer support demands, and improve the e-commerce experience for all members. Along with the fee increase we are going to deliver a better and improved user experience on Goozex. The first improvement will be a new and improved “Matrix Match” system, which has been long requested by many members.
\nMany of you have been such loyal members of Goozex, and we would like to say “thank you” by offering discounts to high-traders. If you have a feedback score of 100 or higher, you will be able to purchase tokens at the original $1.00 price through December 31, 2010. If you have a feedback score of 500 or more, you will always be able to buy tokens for $1.00 as a special achievement bonus. Additionally, if you achieve the 500 feedback score later (say in summer 2011) you will unlock the $1 token pricing.\u00a0 We have updated our database to do this automatically once that feedback score has been achieved.<\/em><\/p>\n
