\"\"Many moons ago I mentioned that I was interested in watching some recent TV show additions to Netflix Canada<\/a>. \u00a0In particular Farscape<\/a> and Stargate SG-1<\/a>. \u00a0Both shows that I missed the first time that they aired.<\/p>\n

Well, shortly after that post I started watching Farscape. \u00a0It was great, loved it.<\/p>\n

Then I started watching Stargate SG-1. \u00a0Another great show, loved it.<\/p>\n

In the case of Farscape, it was cancelled in the final season without notice, so it ends on a cliffhanger. \u00a0Luckily, a 2 part mini-series<\/a> was released to wrap everything up. \u00a0Unfortunately, it’s not available for streaming on Netflix, so I had to download it illegally. \u00a0\ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n

In the case of Stargate SG-1, the series finale is not really a series finale and is instead a lead up to two direct-to-DVD movies<\/a> that were released in 2008. \u00a0It’s available on Netflix, but not in Canada. \u00a0BOOOOOOOO<\/p>\n

Fortunately, I have also been testing out the DNS redirecting service from UnoTelly<\/a>, so I was able to circumvent the system and watch them anyway. \u00a0(On a side note, I should have a review of the service up in a few weeks).<\/p>\n

Which brings me to the title of this post. \u00a0Hey Netflix Canada, where the hell is Stargate Atlantis? \u00a0I can see that it’s on Netflix US. \u00a0Why carry Stargate SG-1 and not Atlantis? \u00a0Or Stargate Universe for that matter? \u00a0Pretty shitty move getting us hooked on Stargate by giving us SG-1, but then cutting us off!!!<\/p>\n
